1. Windows Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) - Windows Remote Desktop Connection or RDC is a free remote access tool created by Microsoft. This remote access solution allows users to connect to another computer from an off-site location. Once the connection is established, the users can now perform several computing tasks on the remote computer as they were sitting in front of it. They can access apps, send files, install updates, and even fix technical issues. However, it is important to note that Windows Remote Desktop Connection is disabled by default.
